Return & Refund
You can return any items purchased within 14 calendar days from the date you received them.
Before initiate exchanges and returns, please contact our team at email@example.com.
Items should be returned to our store including original receipt. When the parcel arrive to the store, our team will check returned items conditions.
Shipping cost will be at your expense.
- Items are exchanged at 80% value if they are opened or shows signs of wear and/or tear.
- Items are exchanged at 100% value if they are unopened.
There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
- Cables and adapter
- Power supply
- Used items
- DIY kits
Warranty may changes on different products, please refer to the owner manuals. During the warranty period, any defective product will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer with the customer paying the transit costs.

Anyway, please contact us via email at email@example.com before you send it back any items.
We accept returns within 7 business days of their arrival at our store. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately reimburse you by Paypal or bank transfer and send you a confirmation email.
Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund.
Discount codes are not applied to Pre Orders.
If you order multiple items, discount code will be applied only to In Store products.
